Built on showing up
Derby Office Equipment opened in Gloversville in 1962. Since then, the machines on the showroom floor have changed many times over. What hasn't changed is how we work.
We sell equipment we can stand behind, set it up properly and stay close enough to fix it when something goes wrong. Many of our customers have worked with us for years, and a lot of new ones come to us after getting lost in a national provider's phone tree.
Today the business is led by owner Jason Berry. Jason installed and serviced customers' Canon machines himself before taking over, and he still does hands-on work. When you call Derby, you're talking to people who know the equipment and know the area.

Derby becomes an authorized Canon sales and service dealer and is listed on Canon's New York State contract for public entities.
